WashFlow wasn’t created in a boardroom. It was forged in the chaos of our own fast-growing car wash in Copenhagen, built to solve the real-world problems that owners face every single day.
Our Founding StoryIt Started with a Simple Problem: Growth.
Our journey began in the streets of Copenhagen with a mobile car wash company, StemFoss. We started with 5 vans, fueled by a passion for quality service. Business was good—so good that we quickly grew to 12 vans, becoming the second-largest mobile car wash in Denmark.
But with growth came chaos. Managing over 40 daily bookings became a logistical nightmare. We hit a wall. Every software we tested was either too rigid, too simple, or completely out of touch with the reality of a car wash business.
Instead of compromising, we built our own solution. WashFlow is the direct result of that decision—a platform built not on theory, but on years of hands-on experience to make an owner’s work easier, more professional, and infinitely more scalable.
